Governance, Compliance, and Ethical Business Practice (22/10/2021): we must never forget that the organizations we lead and/or work for are independent legal entities with the right to sue and to be sued. Our actions represent these entities and we have a duty to comply with all the laws, rules and regulations that govern them, and us. It does not matter the level at which you function in the organization. We can become individually liable for our actions and non-actions. We want this workshop to equip the participants with the detailed requirements that must be complied with at all costs. Rather than fearing these laws, rules and regulations we must learn and embrace them.
